We have had some questions about short notice weddings. Here's a few legal FAQ you need to know.
1. If you live in Indiana, you may get your license in your county
2a. If your coming from out of state, you MUST pick up your license in Orange County (court house)
2b. The court house stops taking marriage applications at 3pm on Friday.
3. When filing, you MUST have 1 of 3 forms of identification (driver's license, National Id card or Birth Cerificate)
4. You MUST phyisically pick up your app. the court house will not mail it to you.
